“Don’t ever buy it’s a con. Can’t use the voucher. No availability for 18 months. No contact on phone. Chat with robot or advisor who has the same issue. Should be shut down and every person with a current voucher compensated.”

“Very easy to pick choice and pay. However, the de luxe gift package is dreadful. Not half as good as they used to be a few years ago. Originally they were sturdy, thick and good quality. Now they are just cheap and nasty plastic. This last purchase was for a 50th wedding anniversary, so was very important, but this really spoilt it.”

“My first time of actually buying a voucher,which was the 2n deal at a Village hotel..only to find that you can only use at a few of them! This was to be a birthday present. In a "quandary" at the moment. Details of where you can stay should be listed.. before voucher purchased.”

“Recently ordered this for my partners 40th. Came next day delivery which was selected and in a nice little gift box. However, I had put for a little message to be printed inside which wasn’t printed anywhere which was a little disappointing. I’m sure he will have a great day when he gets round to using it tho.”
