“Was easy to order. Great price and just what I wanted. Delivered very quickly. Pleased ordered the gift box as looks smart. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because the experience has not yet been booked (is a gift).”

“Great choice and price. The only thing is that I bought it as a Xmas present in the gift box (which was lovely) but it doesn't say what the gift is inside the box. Only says expiry date and QR code. Grandson will open Xmas day and not have the excitement of knowing what it is.”

“Easy to order, quick delivery but unfortunately delivered to the wrong address even though the name address and post code were correct. If the delivery was by Royal Mail cannot believe the postman would have delivered it to an address a distance to the correct one. Fortunately the person who received it in error delivered it by hand to the correct address.”

“Fabulous choice and easy to order and buy.... Was very happy with the process and Received the gift experience within a couple of days.. Only one criticism, I do think the special gift box should be free with orders over £100 and not an extra charge”

“Hot Air Balloon ride.. I bought this as a gift for my husbands 70th birthday this December coming.. a big surprise for him! It was very easy to book and his voucher and info arrived 2 days later.. excellent work.. thank you!”

“Haven’t given to my partner yet but the service from picking the products to paying to receiving them in the post was so easy and smooth, I will certainly be using red letter days again. Prices were amazing too. The products I’ve selected I couldn’t find on other sites.”

“Used red letter days for Prezzo, food was delicious. Red letter days was very good and quick to send voucher which i printed off which was all I thought I needed but then realised I had to also activate a separate code which I nearly missed doing. I think just a voucher or just a code would be better, otherwise would of been a 5*”
