“We enjoyed our trip to the Epping and Ongar steam Railway & vintage bus ride. The long walk to the Tea Cafe was difficult for some people, and back uphill to be ready for a quick rail trip!!!”

“We had 2 nights B&B with Dinner on the first night. The Green Hotel Kinross was in an excellent location for discovering a beautiful part of Scotland. The staff were very pleasant and helpful and the food was delicious. The reception and dining areas in the hotel were nicely decorated. The room was clean and pleasant, but the decor was a little dated. However, I would definitely stay again and recommend The Green Hotel to friends and family. I will also recommend Red Letter Days.”

“It was good to find such a variety of ideas to choose from. My choice of a photography experience at Woburn, for my son’s fortieth birthday, was just perfect. I would just like to add that although the quick postage was excellent- it was expensive !”

“I can only review the booking process and the delivery of the letter. The booking process was easy and clear and the delivery was prompt. Have yet to book the actual day out, hence cannot comment on the actual experience.”

“So after I made my purchase with Red Letter Days, after a week disappointingly, it still hadn't arrived. When I called, the person was very helpful and cancelled the original voucher in case it had got into wrong hands, re-issued a new one and to compensate put it into a presentation box with no charge and dispatched it with 24hrs tracking. I got it the next day. Red Letter Days redeemed itself - well done.”

“I ordered a voucher for our friend's 30th birthday. The confirmation email said that I would be advised when the voucher would be dispatched but I didn't receive one, which was a little worrying. However the voucher arrived within 3 days so all was well.”

“I was looking for an inexpensive Birthday gift that I could email to my friend. there was a good choice, I bought a tea for 2 so something to look forward to after lockdown! Easy to use site. I cannot review the actual experience as she has'nt used it yet.”

“Customer service was absolutely brilliant. My E-Voucher was sent a couple of times but I never received it, so Jackie promptly arranged for it to be sent in the post instead, at no extra cost. She was really helpful and accommodating.”
