So after I made my purchase with Red Letter Days, after a week disappointingly, it still hadn't arrived. When I called, the person was very helpful and cancelled the original voucher in case it had got into wrong hands, re-issued a new one and to compensate put it into a presentation box with no charge and dispatched it with 24hrs tracking. I got it the next day. Red Letter Days redeemed itself - well done.
