Whilst the ease of purchase and value for money was great from Red Letter Days they sadly let down by the Prezzo Restaurant we booked as part of our experience. Service from the Restaurant was extremely poor and we had two menus taken off us and replaced with a very limited list. Felt like a second rate customer that they just weren’t bothered about.
