Looked good but after buying and then trying to book the choice was poor and dates were bad. Most hotels wanted more money and some wanted more than if I'd just booked direct with them without a red letter. Disappointed

Paid extra for guaranteed christmas eve delivery, never turned up,, embarassing having to download a voicher early hours of christmas morning, never again

Bought Harley Davidson experience day BUT afterwards wished I hadn’t !! Wish you offered same deal as ‘ Into the Blue ‘ !!! They had ins all included & equipment. Wont use you again

Was given a voucher for patisserie Valarie which we where excited about. Only to go all the way to Bath our nearest one to find out it’s shut down. Don’t know when l will be able to use it now.

Disappointing that the, so-called, Black Friday deal was then reduced by 25% on Cyber Monday, felt cheated!

Extremely disappointed with service at Prezzo Stowmarket. The staff gave us the wrong menu to choose from to start with, the chief hadnt turned up, once we ordered our starter took over an hour to serve. My husband got up and was asked do you the bill...his reply was no my dinner...some 2 hours after arriving. Main arrived had to get our own cutlery, food bland served on cold plates. We decided to take our desert home couldn't wait another hour. An extremely disappointing evening considering we where celebrating my husbands birthday.. Service not good ...not the customers fault if the staff dont turn up!!

Found your website really confusing and difficult to find any hotel locally that was doing afternoon tea. Resorted to phoning yourselves, whoever we spoke to needed customer service training - but eventually found and booked a local hotel which had not appeared on your site. When we went the hotel had no reservation made by you - they were excellent and honoured the voucher - no thanks to you. Would never buy red letter gift for my friends or family.

Booked the Marco Pierre White, London Steakhouse deal. The main course chosen by us both, Beef Bourguignon, was of a poor standard. Having asked for one to be returned because it was tough, we then found that of the one piece of meat we were served, half of it was gristle. When raised with the Manager is said that was usual but would give the chef feedback on our disappointment! Deserts varied my pecan pie good but my companions lemon posset not so good. Wine expensive. Can not recommend, I’m sure there is better quality food to be had elsewhere.

I ordered the gift pack and paid the delivery charge on 14 December assuming that this would be delivered before Christmas. As of today this has still not been received.

One of the e-vouchers completely failed to arrive, and I had to email and phone twice, and faff about for about three days before I could get a refund. Far too much hassle.

I was really pleased to find this deal as was looking to have a night away in Canterbury with my parents. However, I was disappointed when I received the voucher and tried to book the hotel, I only then found out that you could not use it at weekends. I chose this deal as we wanted to stay in this hotel and I think the 'finer details' should have been available before purchasing the voucher, as I now have a voucher for a hotel I can't book.

I booked a spa day with treatments for my husband's birthday in October i phoned on many occasions waited very long times to get through to Weybridge.They said they had no spaces available at all this year and had told red letter days that they should of not promoted any more spa days for weybridge as they were so busy. i am now waiting till next year but last time i rang them they said they couldnt put up their next year calendar up so couldnt book..so i feel frustrated and feel dissatisfied

I booked my event through Red Letter Day website on the 24th July 2018 for Saturday 30th September. As we were travelling to London I booked rail tickets and hotel accommodation for that weekend. On Thursday 28th of September, 2 days before my event I receive a text from the Rock & Roll tours office saying that the tour was overbooked, could I change to an alternate weekend/time. When I spoke to their office I was informed that Red Letter Days had only just sent through my booking details for that weekend and all places were now full on that event. Not impressed at all. The staff at Rock & Roll pulled a rabbit from the hat and sorted out our trip for the time we had booked. So big thanks to Rock & Roll tour staff in London, BIG FAILURE on Red Letter Experience Days. If this is how you perform, i wont be using you again.

It's all good if you live in London and certain parts of England but anywhere else it isn't worth it as the variety of options is extremely limited. Having to use it for the sake of using it rather than getting anything I actually want.

**RANT ALERT!** I recently (Dec. ' 16) activated my Red Letter Days gift which was advertised as a 'Dinner and Les Miserables Top Price Tickets for Two', but what I was actually activating was a dinner and Les Miserables (reasonably priced!) tickets for two - let me explain! Upon reading the words 'Top Price Ticket', I thought like most people would, I'd be getting a (you guessed it!) top price ticket. So I checked the available seating in the theatre and found two seats I wanted in the dress circle - I proceeded to phone the number given which puts you in touch with a company called Encore and was told that I couldn't have those seats as they were (you guessed it!) top price tickets. Instead I was offered two seats three rows from the front, so not the cheapest in the theatre but certainly not the top end either! To be honest it wasn't the price of the seats that mattered to me, I just didn't want to be that close to the stage and was left somewhat frustrated when Encore explained to me that I needed a different package which allowed me to have (you guessed it again!) top price tickets. They suggested I go back to Red Letter Days to see what they could do for me....anyway what followed was numerous phone calls to the Queen's Theatre, Encore and Red Letter Days, and no one could resolve the misleading package that is being sold to the public. Red Letter Days explained to me that Encore put the package together and all of the blurb that goes with it - they also agreed with me (on reading all the fine print) that they couldn't see any reason why I couldn't have the seats in the dress circle but that there was nothing they could do except phone Encore to ask them why!? Red Letter Days have told me that they are going to "look into this" but as yet I have not had an update....! My advice to Encore and Red Letter Days is simple, reword the package title taking out the words (you guessed it!) top price ticket and also when you get it wrong, hold your hands up, correct the situation (i.e. write off the loss) and learn from it (i.e. change the wording). It's not rocket science, just a lack of attention to detail and poor customer service! To add balance to this rant I have to say that everyone I dealt with was pleasant (only reason for the 2 stars) and I was offered a refund that I rejected. The package as it stands is okay for what it really is (Reasonably priced Les Miserable tickets and dinner for two) but what I have experienced in booking my birthday gift, has left me feeling miserable!! : (
