Disappointed .com
This may not be directly due to Red Letter days, but the Spa Day, through Mcdonald Hill Valley Hotel, Golf & Spa, was severlly disappointing. 55 min massage, half "thermal suite" unavailable, relaxation room (room with no lights a few candles), a small towel, robe that didn't fit, followed by "cream tea", 2 small coffee or tea, smallest scone i have ever encountered (size of golf ball) & a glass of fizzy plonk!
All this for 2 people cost £169, massively over priced and underwhelming.
