Purchased an afternoon tea voucher as a thank you gift only to find out from my friend that the voucher was not valid. They phoned the venue who said the offer had been withdrawn. This was very embarrassing for me to have caused my friend unnecessary faff. Received an apology and refund from RL but I will not take the chance of purchasing from them again.
