I ordered x 2 Red Letter days for the Fawlty Towers Dining Experience.
I have received the 'Gift Boxed' option but not the order for the e-ticket yet.
Also, on your website it states the voucher will be valid for 12 months. On the actual voucher it states - Valid for 6 Months.
I have tried to extend it on your website but it states - NOT Available.
It will be impossible for the 4 of us to be able to attend by April that is why I specifically purchased to have the 12 month option.
Can you help please?
