I ordered 2 packages on the 22nd December on the assurance I would have them in time for Xmas. They came on the 8th January! In fairness that may have been the Post Office's fault but don't guarantee something if your supplier can't deliver.
That said, and for this I can't fault them, I complained and was given postage back, 10% refund and a bottle of champagne and chocolates so their customer service, if you have to use them, is very good.
Having the e-voucher did help so poor delivery but very good follow up.
