Rip off. Same hotels can be booked direct or through booking sites for less money. Hotel we looked at to book wanted £440 on top even though could book it elsewhere for less than price paid to Red letter days. Same story on many hotels out of season and mid week.
Advise to go directly to hotel or give people cash gift!!
