It's easy to search up an experience you are interested in and there were various options to choose from. I purchased Go Ape Treetop Adventure Plus for 2 people. The confirmation email came through straight away and when we were ready to use the voucher, we followed the instructions and received the booking code. Everything was there and phone number to call direct to book. I haven't had to return, ask for a refund or receive the gift via post so I am unable to comment on those elements .
I know I would definitely book with Red Letter Days again.
