I would give zero stars if I could
I had a voucher for a 2 night hotel break. Booking a hotel for 2 nights was impossible, changed it to one night with dinner. Been trying to book since February. No hotels are available, no one contacts me from Red Letter. Still unable to book anything. Avoid at all costs. Our voucher runs out in July. Did not try before February because of covid restrictions etc
