Bought an afternoon tea for 4 not noticing it was for a family of 4. Needed to cancel and book 2 vouchers for tea for 2. Contacted Red Letter Days via Live Chat and they sorted it all out for me. Excellent Customer Service from Arjun. The afternoon really at the Townhouse Chester was excellent also with homemade sausage roll and wraps to go with the sandwiches. Cakes were all very tasty even the scone was good.
