I paid for X2 youth driving sessions this week and tried to cancel them as we will not be able to use them due to failure of getting slots on preferred location and within the right timeframe. I have not been able to get through to anyone as the company has no customer services line. I have tried to cancel the tickets X3 times in vain. No single response from company. Very poor service . Almost £90 gone just like that. If anyone can advice me on how to claim my money back that will be most helpful. Thank you.
