Very disappointed as i bought a luxury 2 night break as a gift, when they tried to book, either dates not available or big subsidies to pay which would probably have cost them more than my gift. They ended up with one of the only ones available without any extra cost, but not the luxury break I paid for.
Will not be buying again as am totally disgusted that they ended up with a mediocre hotel.
