I have just tried to book two experiences with my Red Letter Vouchers. Both of them say they are no longer available. Options to redeem against other experiences all require additional payments and are not what I wanted. It is impossible to contact the company by phone and I can't even find where the online chat is. I have read other reviews on here and everyone is complaining about the lack of customer service and the replies they are getting are laughable. As I am not able to get the experience I booked for will you refund me my money?
