Horrible and upsetting. Bought as a gift for a gift for my daughter and her husband - they had such bad issues trying to book. I am embarrassed - it was supposed to be a treat not a nightmare.
I tried to book for her and three of the hotels didn’t even know they are advertised as being with Red Letter and don’t take the voucher!
