I have been trying to use a voucher for the last 18 months. Spent 3 hours trying to find a hotel but couldn't find any suitable ones without having to pay an extra £100+
Can't get hold of anyone via email just refers you to online FAQ which is useless.
Would never buy anyone one of these vouchers, nightmare to use!!!
