Cannot book anywhere without extortionate extra money. No one to call with t answer emails. Adding up the extra cost ontop of the voucher value is completely outrageous. I priced up the same deal on hotel.com and the cost wAs nearly £200 dearer on Red Letter.
This company makes sure you cannot call them directly just by chat bot which is completely useless. This voucher was a 50th wedding anniversary gift from our son , I honestly don’t think we will be able to use it. ! Both him and us are very very disappointed.
