Don’t use this company. Got given a voucher for cinema and meal for two as a gift. Have spent 7 days trying to get second part of voucher (meal) activated. All they say is voucher was not activated, although I have activated the first part. They expect me to travel over 100 miles to get the retailer to activate it again. The cost will be more than the voucher.
Customer service just kept going round in circles, not listening.
