OK, the idea is great, and we were given vouchers to use, so not all the money involved was ours. However
1. We had to pay to extend the vouchers
2. The website is appalling and tortuous to use - round and round in circles for what should be a simple transaction
3. There's no sign of any help chat, helpdesk or any way to sort things out
I'd have to advise that you don't buy vouchers from this service
