Terrible customer service.
I have been charged an extra £193 on top of a hotel voucher I had been given,for a hotel I booked for 2 nights. On checking the hotel web site I had been overcharged, they were offering rooms for £125 for 2 nights.
I have been in contact with red letter days to ask for a refund, and they are refusing as they tell me I haven’t paid, although I have sent proof to say I have.
A real rip off
Don’t ever use them!,,
