Absolute rubbish company !! Given an afternoon tea voucher for my birthday impossible to redeem on the website , spent hours today trying !! Tried to ring customer services line busy for 11 hours !
Never had this problem with Buyagift ! So easy to book with them . I think Peter jones from dragons den owns the company , he certainly needs to look into it ! It’s a total disgrace . I would say avoid this company it’s a scam
