Received a RedLetter Days vouhcer as a Christmas Present.
No end of problems booking the experience through their website, so I've been attmptng to do so through emails, since January.
Its now April and still no further on.
Utter joke. I pity their customer service staff (who are really nice, but unfortunately stuck in the middle of fustrated customers and a dyfunctional company)
