I paid to upgrade, then when i tried booking it told me I had to pay another
£20, after sending an email they asked for my details ans said they would book it for me, which i did, then they told me some BS and said i would have to book and pay it. the rooms are now booked so i cant use it and it will not give me the option to extend.
will not use again ever.
