Can't log in. Have £34 credit which I can't redeem.Started an online course but haven't finished it and can no longer get on to the site.
Everything about the website makes it difficult. Customer service is useless. Only AI generated responses which don't address the question. Tried to ring and number not recognised. Has company gone into administration?
