This company is uncontactable. I have booked and paid for an an extension to our voucher. Red Letter Days said they would send an email to confirm the extension. This has not happened, and it is not possible to alert Red Letter days that this has not happened, because there is no way I can contact customer services as this option does not exist on the Red Letter Days website, apart from a Chatbot that is unable to respond at all to anything apart from an algorithm.
