Got given a gift of a shark diving experience, that was subsequently shut down before I could use the gift. My partner says she used a discount code. Redletterdays gave me a voucher that was worth what she paid for the gift. BUT - and here is the out of order bit - you CANNOT use any discount code with a voucher!!! So, if I wanted to (I know I can't) buy that same experience, I would have to pay EXTRA compared with what she did. Outrageous.
As with a lot of company's you get to see how good they are when things go wrong.
