My husband and I received one for Christmas last year and were really pleased with the experience, staff at the hotel we chose were really helpful as the allocated room was not good, they changed it right away to a much nicer room, which was fantastic. I have bought one this year for my daughter and her husband, it arrived in the red packaging which makes it look special.
