I was upset that I spent a huge amount of money on your site & one of the items didn’t come in the lovely red envelope. I’d of paid the extra if I’d of known but it stated that it would come already with packaging! This should be made more clear as I brought an experience day as a gift & I feel that without the red evelope it looks a lot ‘cheaper’ than it actually is!
