I try to redeem a voucher and the restaurant won't provide the service.
Then RLD just provide me add £20 to extend and add money to exchange but refund my money, Groupon will refund when the restaurant won't provide service!!!
Even I add money exchange another deal but still need to add £20 to extend it. That's ridiculous and my account page is down for maintenance for a week...
