The coat/ changing robe wasn’t in stock at the time I ordered it but Red stayed in contact. The customer service is excellent with very short replay times. On arrival the coat is every bit as good as I had hoped. Very waterproof and really snuggly. I love the oversized fit and have been complemented several times. Delivered on the said date.
