I have a Sport 11"3' 2021 and a few accessories . Red were helpful in during the process of SUP selection. Where they really shine is with genuine customer support. Sending emails, asking questions, are always picked up by the team. The reply can come from the wider international team but if needed, they will localise it, to give a more specific answer. For me, I have had great support from the UK Team. when I queried a recent issue with an accessory they listened carefully, and worked with me. At all times they made me feel valued. You do feel part of a community buying into red. They say customer service is important and they really do mean that :)
