This was the first time buying directly from Red Original and can only say Wow! From start to finish it was a great experience. The level of communication was second to none. I received an email at every step of the process. Even one 30 mins prior to delivery giving me the name of the driver and an almost exact time of his arrival. Once delivered, I was delighted with my new changing robe.
