The delivery time is quick (as are the refunds - I ordered the wrong item initially and had to return it and website is quick and easy to use for purchases and returns.
The only thing I would say is that the box was damaged on the first package I received. The contents were not affected in any way, but the box was quite torn so potentially could have led to damage of the contents.
