Great products but poor after sales service. Have contacted Red twice once about a splitting fin box and was told I was rolling the board too tight and to just glue it. The second time was when a carbon 100 paddle delaminated and was told that was because I used it, yes I bought a white water board to go on white water so did indeed use the paddle on rough water. Was offer a carbon 50 and a discounted price.
