We have 2 10'6" Rides and we love them! Previously a hardboard rider, the portability of using these anywhere is a massive plus!
Aftersales service has also been excellent. I had a bungee cord ring come off and they kindly gave me the step by step instructions to fix it.
My only complaint is that now with the new compact 11's out, I can't justify buying those ones (yet) Hahahaha
