Company does nothing and I mean that literally. They should not exist. They do no property management, offer no customer service, and add zero value. Owners should not use them and those renting a space should not be tortured with having to converse with them. Any issue was literally directed to the unit’s owner, who thank God, turned out to be a great guy who offered a 50% refund due to a horrible experience with construction noise. I would rather go through a full hair removal like in the 40 Year Old Virgin than ever interact wi ah this company again.
