Currently battling with Red Awning to get money owned from them renting my home short-term on Air BnB.
1) They provided false statements showing that they collected less revenue than they charged (I have screenshots to back this up)
2) I haven't been paid in close to a month, despite almost constant occupancy in my home.
Not only bad for guest, but they are out there defrauding owners too.
Do no engage with this company in any way.
