Left Florida with family and booked a stay in Savannah Georgia. Arrived a day earlier to see where the house would be at. When I arrived but not leaving the vehicle I saw the area with some sketchy looking people and the neighborhood looked very run down. I canceled my booking for the next day I did not check in yet. The owner refused a refund to me so we can find a place to stay to escape the Hurricane. Then stated we did a breach of contract for going anywhere near home before checking in. Are you serious?
