Red Awning was our property management company for just a few months before we fired them because of a complete lack of financial transparency. Their invoices and payments are void of details so we never knew if we were billed or paid correctly. Every question was sent up to a so called team, who rarely answered. Their accounting is a complete mess. I don’t know if it’s by design or simply incompetence. I could go on and on but instead will just recommend everyone steer clear of Red Awning.
