Glenn is our instructor for this class I attended. He's great in following through on questions to him. Knowledgeable on FR documentation, able to share to us links per what we asked. The coverage of course content is good for foundational/beginners. We still got a couple of good-to-know basic topics for IDM that helped us understand more, even though we are already using it to the extent of installing and maintaining it. Would've been great if there are other last topics were discussed (more) such as IDM config schema, exploring it from the repository, installations and deployments. I also liked the ease to use VMs for lab works. The lesson time per day could be more compressed rather than it taking 8hrs.
