“As someone who's always been eager to upskill in the tech industry, I had high expectations going into my course with Red Education. I'm thrilled to say that those expectations were not just met but exceeded. First off, the instructors are genuinely world-class. It's one thing to be knowledgeable, but it's another to be able to teach complex subjects in an easily digestible manner. My instructor managed to do both and even infused some humor into the sessions, which made learning enjoyable. The course materials were comprehensive and up-to-date, something that's crucial in an industry that's always evolving. I also appreciated how the curriculum was designed to be practical. We had plenty of hands-on labs and real-world scenarios that made the concepts come alive. By the end of the course, I felt I could directly apply what I had learned, which is ultimately what education should be about. Red Education's customer service was equally impressive. Any questions or concerns I had were addressed promptly, and I even received follow-up emails to ensure that everything was going smoothly. It's clear that they take customer satisfaction seriously, and that goes a long way in making students feel valued and supported. Overall, I'd say my experience with Red Education was nothing short of excellent. I'm a more confident and skilled professional because of it, and I'll definitely be returning for more courses in the future. Highly recommended!”

Hi Anonymous, Thank you for sharing your thoughts about the training. I’m really sorry to read that. We strive for our instructors to provide a comprehensive learning experience and to engage effectively with our students. We followed up with the instructor, and some of your peers rated the labs and trainer as five stars. However, your input is crucial to our continuous improvement, and I apologise for missing the mark on this particular delivery. My suggestion next time is to use a private delivery; you should alert the account manager and the instructor so they can be consulted beforehand to accommodate any specific business-related questions. We can only deliver the standard course curriculum unless notified well in advance to accommodate changes to the curriculum to provide a more bespoke training experience. What we delivered was a standard training experience. If we'd known this beforehand, I'm sure we would have been better prepared. “Theory based training. The instructor only reads a script and not knowledgeable on real world experience. Labs are never shown during the class. Firewall functionalities are not demonstrated.”

Hi Anonymous, We followed up with the instructor and confirmed that labs were available during the five days. I've investigated this, and some of your peers rated the labs five stars and the trainer's performance the same. So I'm surprised the delivery didn't meet your expectations. Please note that with private deliveries, unless discussed beforehand, to add customisation to one's personal requirements, we can't show or discuss any in-business firewall needs as that sits outside the normal Vendor course curriculum. Any bespoke requirements are usually discussed well beforehand, if needed, before a course commences so that the instructor, in a consultative and informed manner, can ensure he covers off what is required.
