Hi Jeremy, I've done an internal investigation on both labs and manuals listed above ... I've been informed that the Maestro course had 10 pods attached to it, so this should have been ample for the class size. The courseware manual redemption code was sent a week prior to the commencement of your training, and two days before commencement you tried downloading it, had difficulties, and then informed us you couldn't download it. Past this point, we had to escalate it to Check Point as we don't control that part, and thereafter, we lost visibility as we had to steer you towards Check Point, as that sat with them, and couldn't do anything further. It was at the end that the manuals were delayed and were outside our control. However, on behalf of the company, I apologise for not meeting your expectations and for any inconvenience. “You need to update your labs and make 100% certain they are working at the start and throughout the course. Some labs were not updated and some just didn't work without a lot of fiddling around.”

“My experience wasn't good. The lab wasn't working, and the presentation was full of long breaks while waiting for a presenter. I will not attend any other training from this company.”
