“This this my first time attending the class with Red Education and it wasn't a good experience. The class was "Checkpoint Maestro" on June 30th to July 1st. - Issue accessing the textbook on the first day and it was resolved on the second day. - Instructor just reading out the textbook and not from the checkpoint official course slides. - I could not even get access to the Lab to work and still have not finished it (I Had equipment accessing issue for two days). I requested a refund or retake on the class. I have not received any response yet. I will also provide my feedback to Checkpoint Education so that they are aware of this since it will impact how their customer to learn and be knowledgeable in their product.”
