“Instructor/trainer: Instructor was good and could express well. He also knew his subject well. (5/5) Course Content: Seemed appropriate for the title. Courseware was also structured well for the purpose. Labs were also not propserly setup or cleaned or rechecked before starting course, which consumed an unreasonable amount of time. (4/5) Duration: Duration was clearly insufficient even for professionals (basic to intermediate skill) already knowing operationally - the core technology in action. It was clearly a rush rush in an attempt to somehow complete all training assignments. (2/5)”

“The explanation was easy to understand. When checking the text online, there was some delay, which was a bit inconvenient. (Downloading it would make things smoother, but there are some environmental constraints that make it difficult.)”

“The course is a little bit too rush through by 3 days with such enormous information plus doing the labs but overall, it is worth attending. The instructor is fantastic on explaining the training material with broad knowledgeable experience ! 👍”

“You need to update your labs and make 100% certain they are working at the start and throughout the course. Some labs were not updated and some just didn't work without a lot of fiddling around.”

“The class on MDS Management took some time to organize due to the need for sufficient participants. However, once held, the presentation was well-executed. Unfortunately, the content provided by Check Point was somewhat lacking in depth and substance. A significant portion of the class focused on basic concepts, which left little time for exploring the more complex aspects and troubleshooting of the system.”

“Greetings, Last week we held training course 71301V - Integration of Avaya Aura® Communications Applications. We are mostly satisfied with how the course went. Our instructor Brian was very helpful with almost everything. However, we had major problems with the lab connectivity. As the picture shows, I had to reconnect to the lab RDP connection 32 times. And more on my other computer. My colleagues had the same problems with connection stability. These problems must be overcome if we want to get efficiency from these courses.”

“The labs should be allowed extra time to be completed, allow students to use the lab over the weekend to perform the tasks from the lab. The lab session also freezers, mutliple logins need to be performed, also leading to frasturation performing the labs, better environments needs to be provided to students.”

I appreciate your suggestions regarding extended lab times; however, with the volume of students we train weekly, this is too costly, and students aren't prepared to pay for the additional investment. We do, however, have lab rentals, and if you require extra time, you could book them.
