“The training was very useful with the necessary lab setup for the hands-on. The trainer Jerry Solomon was knowledgable and was able to explain the concepts well. I would have loved the pace of the training to be a bit slow though.”

I want to extend our appreciation for highlighting Jerry Solomon's knowledge and ability to explain the concepts effectively. I truly believe that our trainers play a crucial role in delivering a high-quality learning experience. Apologies for the pace of the delivery however we are restricted to the total delivery days recommended by the Vendor and we can't push that further out, wish we could. “I already mentioned that LAB is slow, I gave rating to instructor. He is taught us very well and solved our query.”

“Instructors are great. They are engaging and easy to work with. The labs are well intentioned but seemed to be have technical difficulties almost every time. I think only one lab setup ran smoothly of the six we used. One was never able to get connected at all. Another had one device done in the lab that took a day to recover. They break down the flow of the lab and leave students at different points in the class.”

“Content is good. Labs are well put together. Definitely not the end all be all solution if you're certificate hunting but a great resource to solidify known topics and better understand how to troubleshoot some of the core components of PALO NGFWs, especially pertaining to what relates to your production environment. EDU-330 instructor Attique Bhati was really knowledgeable and thorough with the breakdown and explanation of the related content. Very good. Overall I would recommend to others to take.”
