Great training material, trainer was very punctual, knowledgeable and communicated instructions clearly throughout the five (5) days.
I gave a 4* rating because the training documentation was not available to keep at the conclusion of the course. It has to be purchased one per student only as a hard copy and the cost of shipping it from the US to AUS is four times the price of the book. Palo Alto should make the softcopy available to paying customers or include the price of the hard copy as part of the training course so everybody gets one.
