The course was excellently organized by Red Education. All information was available at the beginning and the course started on time every day. The trainer explained the content of the modules step by step, which the participants were then able to implement and test in the Avaya test lab. Everything worked perfectly without any interruptions. I would have liked to see the content not only worked through in the student guide, but more complex functions recorded and explained with an example on a whiteboard. Followed by comprehension questions for the students.
